This corporation, in charge of promoting Isla Viveros tourist project, strives to offer a high quality product for a very demanding clientele with the proper respect to the nature and the environment.

The idea of developing a tourist project in Isla Viveros has been a dream that the owners of the island have considered for many years, and for that purpose, the environment of the island has been kept totally virgin, with no inhabitants, and with the potential to exploit all the irresistible advantages due to its geographical position and natural characteristics.

It is not until early 2001, when the promoters of Grupo Viveros reach and agreement with the main owner of Viveros, and then the appropriate studies began.
